I have hesitated on leaving a review after numerous bad experiences with Bed and Biscuit on **** *** **** ******* **** ** ***. I have recently learned of two other pet owners who have had bad exp’s. 1 dog ended up in the Vet ER after being very sick when picked up. Their dog had no food in his G.I. track. So now,I am extremely compelled to post. We left our dog with them several times for daycare. We were overcharged, double, and triple charged on numerous occasions. I had even paid cash on the mornings that I dropped her off and my card was still charged. Their accounting is terrible. One day when I thought I was paying with my credit card I added a tip and found out I had tipped on another ladies credit card transaction that they hadn’t closed out. When I told them, I did not think that was my card and that I had left a tip on someone else’s credit card., they did not care. And I quote ….They said that lady won’t mind. Not very ethical. Not sure if anybody is pocketing cash, but that situation became very old. The straw that broke the camels back was when we left our dog for 3 days in the presidential suite with a camera and a TV. I watched the camera all day and not one time was my dog taken out and had no food or water. I went to the kennel and picked her up that evening when I got back home from out of town and we have not been back since. I called and spoke with the owner, who is also a vet the next day regarding his business. I thought he may want to know what was going on and unfortunately he didn’t care. He was very pretentious and never one time apologized for his inconsiderate staff, nor once offered to address the situation or to even pull the camera and watch. I have now learned of another person who watched the camera, and their dog was never tended to. It Hurts my heart. Animals are defenseless. I think anybody that loves their pets should be aware of this and think twice before they choose Bed and Biscuit as a place to take their loved ones.
