SINGLE MOST IMMATURE BUSINESS-I asked for a refund for booth fee, because they canceled last minute, and I couldn't make it to the reschedule date. I contacted them a dozen times via text with little response or silly excuses. Said they issued the refund, but I never saw the money. I even took the hour drive to try to get my money in cash to which they had no clue what I was talking about, and gave me the email of the person I was texting. Useless. Said he was on vacation and didn't have his business phone on him. How irresponsible? There are two partners: one takes care of the store and the other, the markets. Claims that one doesn't know about their counterpart's section of the business. This is not how you run a business. They also said they were hiring a new assistant which may have been a reason things were late? I'm sorry, but hiring someone a week ago isn't an excuse for money you owe me from Aug! I finally sent one last email threatening to come up there again, to which they finally sent me the money via Venmo at the last possible minute. The market was supposed to be Aug 20. I got my money on Nov 5. They had no intention of giving me the money. I was not going to give up. I just started my business and have a better grasp of customer service than they do. You can't do that to people. Do not trust this company with your money or anything else for that matter. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk.
