I placed an order with Lucky Gunner on Sept.24, 2024 and for some reason after I created an account and after I uploaded a picture of My I.D. which should of been the first red flag, they sent my order to someone in that state with a totally different name and address. If the company is responsible for creating a shipping label and that item is shipped out with the incorrect name, address and state then they should be held accountable, not the carrier. The customer should not have to wait 30 days for an investigation for a small order under $100. That just seems petty to me.LuckyGunner.Com Response

Good morning! I'm sorry for the issues with your order! I looked into it and it seems like once it got into FedEx's hands it got rerouted somehow to a different address. The label was correct when it left our facility, but sometimes the label can get damaged in transit and the carrier will sometimes reprint the wrong label. Unfortunately, we don't have control over the carriers and they do make mistakes sometimes (as do we). We started a trace on the order so we can retrieve it, but we haven't heard back from the carrier. I agree that we should have sent a replacement order immediately and I am sorry we did not do that. I went ahead and processed a replacement order that should go out to you on Monday via UPS. I will follow up with an email. We do require age verification on ammunition orders and if our system cannot verify your age with the DOB entered at checkout, then we require a photo ID to verify your age. That is why we asked for your ID. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us and I hope we can make this right for you! Keep a lookout for an email from me. Thanks!Review from Paul D

My order was shipped to the wrong address. I contacted Lucky Gunner three different times and didn't get a response. Imagine the shock of the people that got a box with 1,000 rounds of ammunition that didn't order it with my name on the box. I have been a loyal customer better than a decade, thank you very much Lucky Gunner. My bank got me a refund.Review from Robert M

Ordering and shipping is fast. Don't expect any compensation for damaged or missing items. I just received some ammo, one of which was 22LR in a plastic container. It was broken beyond repair so I was forced to discard it along with the packaging. When I called to tell them what happened, they said that I would need quite a few pictures along with filling out a form. Everything was discarded so I was unable to comply. I sent an email saying that I would be satisfied with a new container and a few shells. They refused saying that I needed to reply with their request. I think that this is very poor customer service and I will no longer deal with them!Review from Dave B

Best service,friendly,professional staff,they stand behind they’re products.i just recently received a damaged/missing delivery from lucky gunner delivered by fed ex,no fault of the shipper.i have bought a lot of ammo from here and they are a stand up company and I already received a new shipment today,again with excellent service.lifetime customer here and I recommend all my friends,Knoxville is a great town,lived there for 4 years,good people.thank you,KevinLuckyGunner.Com Response

I live in a Rhode Island which recently changed some gun laws. Lucky Gunner required that I email them the required documents. I did that with my ammo order and they completed the order with no problem. This was my first time ordering ammo on line. I've read the reviews and decided to give them a shot (especially since they had the ammo in stock for my M1 Garand). Well after my order, I received 3 emails from them (order and shipping confirmation and a "Special sale" email) and 4 days later I have my ammo! Read their site and understand that they need proof you can legally buy ammunition in your jurisdiction. I had No issues at all. Buyer beware, I guess. I purchased two magazines from LuckyGunner.com, a $16 one and a $27 one. Both are 7.62x39, and the Q&A from LuckyGunner says they are the same except the more expensive one has steel lugs and is stronger. I wanted to try one of each before deciding to buy more. Well, the cheaper one worked great, but the more expensive one would not fit my rifle... the steel rear lug was too wide. I contacted LuckyGunner. let them know about the problem, and asked if I could return the faulty magazine, not for a refund but for store credit, as I intended to buy more of the cheaper mags. LuckyGunner replied that they could not resell the faulty mag after it had been in the hands of the public (I wasn't asking them to) and went on to suggest that I sell the faulty mag to someone else to "recoup most of my money." I wrote a review of the mag on their website and explained both the problem with the mag and the unsatisfactory customer service. LuckyGunner edited my review to omit the part about the unsat customer service. That tells me all I need to know about LuckyGunner.com's company values.LuckyGunner.Com Response
