    If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a pair of earrings as a birthday gift. I paid for two day shipping so they would be here a day before the occasion and it gave some wiggle room in case they actually came on the date needed. Well, they have not shipped the earrings out, I have gotten the run around (saying I will get email updates, that I never got. We’re working on it, the usual customer service script). I asked to cancel the order since the birthday is tomorrow that the gift was intended for. They told me they would have to file a claim with the post office to get my money back which doesn’t make sense, due to the item not being shipped to begin with. I have called a total of seven times since placing the order Monday. Now I have to call my credit card company and file a dispute due to the negligence of this company.

    The only order we can locate in our records associated with Ms. ******* email address is online order ********** which was placed on February 20, 2024, at 3:28PM EST with next business day expedited shipping. The order shipped on February 21, 2024, at 11:53AM EST. Our records show that the USPS tracking information from that time indicated that the package was “delivered at the front porch at 5:19 pm on February 26, 2024”. Ms. ***** contacted several representatives on February 22, 2024, and February 23, 2024, and was told we would file a claim on her behalf if the tracking did not update shortly. On February 26, 2024, we received notification that a dispute had been filed and on March 8, 2024, the order was refunded. As of March 8, 2024, our records show that the order was fully refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion concerning this order. Our records indicate that matters related to this order have already fully been resolved. Nonetheless, our Consumer Protection department can be reached at 1-800-931-7001, Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm EST for any follow-up assistance Ms. Brown may need.
