Thank you for review and many years of service. I have looked into your account information. I see that AJ was at your property for 14 minutes today, which would fall into industry standards for apply a lawn of your size (5,000 sq.ft). As I look at the applications and inspections for this year I don't see any red flags. The account notes state little to no weeds and there isn't any request for reapplications for weeds since august of 2020.
Tomorrow, the quality control manager will be out to inspect the lawn...looking to insure that the lawn has been treated completely and to make sure the lawn is up to Weed Man standards. The technician, AJ has been with Weed Man for about 8 months and he performance and quality of work has been outstanding. If there is issue with him not applying product appropriately he will terminated or suspended (3 days w/o pay) because that type of work is not tolerated at Weed Man.

I just had a conversation with Brent and worked through my thoughts about things with him. Very nice guy that is easy to talk to. I would also like to call out the nice young lady on the phone I spoke with. She tried so very hard to assist me in a very professional and kind demeanor. I should have added this to my comment on BBB but I was trying to be brief. Doesn't look like that is going to happen.
I do want to also address your comments above. AJ might have commented 14 minutes on his paperwork but I have cameras! That's exactly how I know he was even there. I have the exact time he knocked on my door and what occurred until he brought back the paperwork to that same door. So hence, I know exactly how long he was there but this is not uncommon but the same for all applications and what puzzles me. I know you have a business and multiple customers to see but how do you service a yard that quickly.
Yes, my yard looks great!!! Right, No weeds! I will say you do good job with fertilization but weed control is very minimal. There are no calls in 2021 because I gave up in 2020. Even though you came back to redo the weeds, it never worked so I quit calling. I basically used Weedman for pre-emerge and fertilizer. I took care of the weeds on a regular basis myself because the formula OR maybe it was 5 minute job never did much. Which it was I don't know but I walked my yard spraying on a regular basis killing weeds. Yes, your guys are always a 5 minute job and my cameras do not lie.
I have no problem with AJ and definitely do not want him to lose his job. I commend him for working as so many these days would rather sit home.
I have been a customer for years as Weedman serviced 3 homes. I have just seen a decline in results and can put my finger on why. Hopefully, we can work through this. Susan ***
