I just read the customer review (Jake D) 08/19/2022. It is unfortunate that the person who wrote the review had such a negative experience. In the 10+ years that my mother has been a patient of Dr. ****** at Knoxville Footcare and the 5+ years that I have been going to Knoxville Foot Care we have never experienced a situation as posted by Jake D. Granted at times, someone might have an off day, but My Mom and I are more than satisfied with everyone at Knoxville Foot Care and especially Dr. ***** ****** who saved not on my foot but also my mother's. There was a time that I thought I may never walk again due to a botched surgery I had the first time. It was a different group and not at UT and I will leave it at that. I went on to have two more surgery's and had it not been for Dr. ****** and her expertise, care and concern for her patient's, and only using surgery as the last resort, I wouldn't be able to walk or run and because of Dr. ***** ******, I can do both. A year ago, she performed major foot surgery (almost a total foot reconstruction) on my mother and is now walking better than ever. Below is a copy of a Note that we gave to Dr. ****** and her staff: For Dr. ****** and her INCREDIBLE Team!!!! We appreciate all that you have done, do, and continue to do for both of us over the years. Your care and your genuine desire to improve our ability to walk without pain by surgeries, follow-ups, therapies, working us in, support, and putting up with both of our crazy behaviors, is definitely appreciated and we thank each of you for all of your hard work in a very fast paced environment, going non-stop most of the time, and never missing a beat. All of you are the BEST!!!!!! For the Angel of the group, Dr. ******* Words can never express our gratitude for all that you have done for us. You have a Gift and a Spirit about you that most medical providers don't have and we wouldn't be where we are, if it had not been for you. Thank You All, Dorothy and Michael ****
