If you care about your instruments, lamps or personal belongings, don't hire this company. If you do hire them, make sure you get the full replacement insurance. They destroyed a ****** guitar, heirlooms, lamps, lampshades, hats and more. They packed bras with shoes, a custom Kentucky Derby hat at the bottom of a large box of bedding, destroyed most of our lamp shades and scratched or broke most lamps and lost parts to our ****-desk.

One or two of the employees seemed to care and were competent, the rest had zero respect for us or our belongings. I was actually asked why we had "so much stuff?". 1) none of your business. 2) a very rude question.

So many of our belongings were simply tossed into boxes with no wrapping at all. They also used a lot of old worn out boxes from other moves, even crappy ****** boxes. The amount of damaged, one of a kind pieces of art was sickening.

The same crew that packs, also loads and drives cross country. They are overworked and exhausted. This is the biggest contributor to the lack of care and incompetence.

On top of all this, we wound up with a few of someone else's boxes. For all we lost and went through, we were compensated just more than $1,800.00. That didn't even cover the cost of the ****** Guitar.
