              I do not recommend this company! All they want to do is sell you. Do not trust Vaughn. He came to my house to check on why we weren’t getting any hot water. Checked that the electric was working to the unit then proceeded to say to check the water heater , to find out what is wrong , it would cost $339.00 just to check it. This does not include repairs or parts. Then he said before even attempting to explain what he was going to do for $339 he said I can get you a brand new one for $2100. I explained my water heater was under warranty, why would I get a new one??? I told him no thank you and he could leave. I paid the $49 service visit fee. Called another company. They came out ,found that a fuse was blown in the heaters circuit box,, a fuse that costs $12!! DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY, especially Vaughn. He’s young, late 20s , smiles gives off that Southern Charm, well BLESS HIS HEART!!
