    Jamison came promptly on the 1st call for service. Looked at the A/C system and upon his initial diagnosis, informed me in order to turn the claim into our ********************** because the system was dirty, I would need to purchase a **************** Agreement for $275, which I did. He also did a Nitrogen Leak Test and informed me it would take the ********************* several weeks to reimburse his company so it was necessary for me to pay him $180 and me get reimbursed, knowing the ********************* does not pay for a Nitrogen Leak Test. The system ended up being partially under warranty from a previous installer, but we had to pay for shipping of the new system. Took 3 weeks to arrive and once it arrived at the Warehouse, ***** Jamison told me he was on his way to pick up the unit, would be to the Condo that afternoon to do the install. Never came, never called. Called the next day and said he would be there to do the installation.... showed up after 4:30 PM, worked until 10:30 PM. Fell asleep in the driveway of the Condo, woke up at 11:00 PM and sent me a receipt for the shipping charges and installation which I paid him that night. 3 weeks later the system froze up and leaked freon. Myself, my daughter and her husband all made numerous calls and texts for 3 days with no response! After 3 more days with no A/C in ******* 100+ temperatures, we had to hire another HVAC Technician to complete the repairs. I would like to get a refund for the $275 I paid for a **************** Agreement as I would never want to do business with this company again. I have sent numerous texts requesting a refund with no response.After doing a Yelp review and he saw it, he responded he was taking care of the Elderly and those with young children first and his phone was out of service and wasn't able to contact me...with no phone, how do you contact the Elderly and those with small children?Please assist with a prompt refund of $275 for the 1 yr. Service Agreement
