      Beutler is a dishonest and unethical company. They made many promises and show customers all kinds of guarantees, but they do NOT honor them when anything goes wrong. In less than a year the brand new AC/Heating unit's compressor went out and all Beutler could do when the temperatures are 38 degrees was tell me when the parts come in (weeks from now) they will schedule a repair. I won't have heat for weeks (but they are sorry)! I wish I had never replaced my heating and AC unit. The old one at least had parts available when it did break. I have had to have Beutler out to my property multiple times and when it is important, all they say is "I'm sorry, but this is just a call center. I am sorry for any inconvenience." I don't want their apologies...I want a working heating and AC unit after struggling to come up with ****** to pay for it. Do not trust Beutler. They are dishonest and do not engage in ethical business practices. They do not honor their guarantees. It has been a huge headache dealing with this company and I am dealing with freezing temperatures 4 days before Thanksgiving. I spent hours on the phone but of course there is not a single person who has the authority/ability to fix this situation. I just got transferred around from person to person with no help. I am calling friends to borrow space heaters. That is how much this company stands behind their work, product and guarantees. They had the best prices but now I understand why - it won't stand the test of time. I feel stupid replacing my 23-year-old unit because it broke down a few times the previous year - I wanted to protect my family from freezing temps this year. Now I am out ****** PLUS dealing with those freezing temps for weeks!

      I recently had an HVAC drainage issue, and ** ******* quickly came to the rescue by scheduling an appointment and sending a technician within an hour. ******* ******, the technician, was outstanding. His knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism, and respectful demeanor were truly commendable. I highly recommend ******* for his exceptional service!

      Communication with this company is a nightmare. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone who has accurate information. "Dispatch" is the problem. Also, the call center isn't properly trained to gather and share information. It's a shame because the field employees are great, but almost not worth the "pulling your hair out" customer experience.

      ***** was amazing very professional polite gave great customer service. I cant thank him enough rescuing me for all that sewage in my house. I will refer ARS Rescue Rooter to all my family and friends. Looking forward to do business with them again for new services.

      Very bad customer service also the technician did not come i schedule from 10to2no one came reschedule from 12 no one came finally came 6pm didn't even look at the heater he look at the thermostat said it's working and changed me and left all the night no heat and next day I called they reschedule me from 8tonoon no one came called again reschedule from noon to 2 no one came its very bad company they just changed money and one is working

      I was not able to get their service. They stood me up twice when I reached out to them as I had leaking problem. They said they were open 24 hours. They lied. They kept cancelling. Disappointed. Not reliable. Do not recommend.

      **** was courteous, efficient, and thorough I had a fall inspection and ordered a new item that had to be installed. Both visits, he showed a high degree of professionalism. Highly recommend ARS; always good service.

      ****** from ***** was here to do my annual tankless water heater flush. He was very professional, personable and efficient. He answered all my questions and ***** honored the special price they had emailed me although it was a couple months ago since I had a printout of the email. Much appreciated! Very pleased!       Technician was on time. Showed him the layout of the system and he got right to work. He changed the filters. Worked outside and inside on the unit. Checked the coils, the air compressor and the drain line. Lastly he ran checks for cool and warm temperatures. It was an excellent sixth month check up.

      I have called numerous times to the ***************** Manager to get back with me at least 20 times, this has been going on for at least 2 months. Still no call I have an issue with the 3 mini splits that were installed 2 yrs ago but still haven't received any call backs it's really frustrating I'm beginning to lose my patience. I know there's a warranty they are telling me it's going to be $2,400 to come out to look this was 2 or 3 months ago I'm really regretting using this company they were contracted through ************** would think they would help but I called ********** home services but automatically connects me with ARS which isn't getting me anywhere. I just want a resolution I want it fixed.
