    This place is taking advantage of people by overcharging. Got a bill one month. Paid it in full, got another bill with a date for a service that was on previous statement that I paid. Called billing department they said they " missed a date anyway so I still owed that amount". No explanation for double billing.Rehab was for 20 weeks as set with insurance they St Luke's claimed went 23 times. Billed insurance and me. I paid bill telling person I was not getting anywhere with her and hung up. Bad Bussiness. Never go there again,

    Upon speaking to this gentleman, It was explained to him that the patient was not double billed and all proof was mailed to him, before he posted this review. The patient came 23 visits and and that was all that was billed to the Insurance and to the patient. This patient had a copay per visit, and was only billed what the insurance said was the patients responsibility.

    Yes the business spoke to me sent me paperwork showing when wife was there. I wasn't arguing not owing bill for her going my statements I received showed they billed me twice for same visit the woman never corrected anything to do with that just said we forgot to bill for one time and kept telling me the totals. I still don't believe total times they say I know once or twice was canceled still showing wife signed in. Anyway I paid bill and never deal with them again.
