Horrible experience with their lack of providing proper paperwork by selling my property that was not in my ex sale agreement. I did not know til 4 years later after improving my property over $20,000 worth that the error came thru Beth H******** acting as a representative to Advantage title and Escrow. It was April last year I discovered this super bad error and was demeaned by new neighbor, my fence tore down after I surveyed my parcel. After I approached the office of what happened, Beth has not been cordial enough to talk in person about this error. I feel they the office and her had not tried hard enough to make the changes on the deed. After 6 months of pure aquish about my property solded to new neighbors by their error I hired an attorney to straighten it out. It almost left me homeless at 65 years old due to ill practices. I wrote a certified letter requesting the reimbursement for my out of pocket expenses plus being shorted 4/10 of an acre and compensation and punitive damanges, thus I am requested 13,995.00 or around that amount to satisfy my correction. It took an extra 3 months after my attorney doing the paperwork and getting it signed by new owner whose property adjoins my parcel to finally returned properly my rightfully land back. I am 100% dissatisfied with the business practices of this company and the cold mannerism displayed by Beth H******** vice-president for Advantage Title and Escrow. They let others and themselves took ADVANTAGE of me. Name fits them to the tee!
