              Unfortunatly, I have to believe this company is a complete scam. I purchased a pair of ***** Headphones from ******. They broke, and I have been trying to file a claim for 2 weeks now. I received an email from Asurion asking me to upload the product receipt and the receipt for the protection plan. Whenever I attempt to upload my verifiable receipts the website does not load. It will spin forever. I want to assume this is a website error but it happens every. single. time. for weeks. I have tried multiple browsers and my internet connection is perfect. Every other website works perfectly! EXCEPT ASURION! This company is dishonest and a scam. I fear they don't even allow you to file a claim. They are fraudulently selling protection plans with no intention of providing insurance. It's truly disgusting this is allowed.
