            I purchased a used car from this dealership on September 18th which had some cosmetic defects, apparently from an accident that the previous owner got in to and did not have repaired. During the sale I was given $500 towards repairs (it did I believe have an as-is clause) and they did make one minor non-paint bodywork repair (see attached documents). The issue came when I took the car to get an estimate done for the other repairs, which were estimated at $5200(see attached documents). This was obviously alarming, and I contacted the dealer. The manager refused to reimburse the remaining expenses, and they also declined to contact the previous owner to see if the damages would be claimable through their insurance. I am seeking payment of the difference of what has already been paid and the remaining repair costs.

            I was a loyal customer having bought 4 vehicles from them. I had a service question and the service person could not answer so she said I’ll transfer you to Bob. I’ve dealt with him in the past and he never returns calls. I then left a message for the service manager. I missed his call so I called back and ask for him to call me. No call back so the operator said let me put you back to Mr. A******, he’ll definitely call you back. I left two messages and no response. When I would call the dealership and ask for Mr. A****** they would put me to his voice mail. I was pretty ticked at that point so I drove to the dealership and after waiting, I met with Mr. A******, told him my experience and said unfortunately they have lost my business as I was also looking to buy a new car for my wife. Mr. A****** remained sitting on his duff, stuck out his hand and said sorry you feel that way. No attempt to bring in Bob or the service manager. As I said, I would not recommend them as customer loyalty means nothing to them
