      Nisolo is not honoring their five for five membership within the agreed upon terms. I paid $500 for 10 codes (equal to 10 pairs of shoes). After receiving 2 codes/shoes, my third code was denied to me with a promise of giving the code at some undisclosed time in the future (the following year). I requested a refund through the company and they denied me. So they've not given me the merchandise I paid for (8 out of 10 pairs of shoes I purchased) and also will not give me my money back ($400 which has not been cashed in for the shoes). The shoes I did receive fell apart, the soles came out of both pairs.

      The company sold a membership service for $500 dollars. They then stopped honoring the terms of the service. They waited until people were due to receive their benefits before alerting them that they would not honor their membership, despite already knowing it would not be honored. They furthermore removed existing credits from customers accounts. I would not purchase anything from this company, it’s very possible you’ll never receive your product

      The company is not delivering on their five for five membership where you pay up front for credits that you receive towards merchandise over the course of time. They put the program “on hold” and state that they can change the terms of the agreement at anytime. It’s a very unethical business practice and feels like a scam. They are still selling shoes on their website and offering discount codes to members to pay even more out of pocket, while stating that they cannot fulfill the commitment for people who have already paid for a membership.

      I purchased a 5 for 5 Nisolo membership in June 2022 for $530. I have received a total of four codes. I had to ask where my “automatically emailed code” was in January of 2024, which should have been automatically emailed to me in December 2023. CS Rep told me holiday volume was their focus. I’ve now come to find out that is unlikely the case. It was only at this point a CS rep told me they made a code for me and it was only good for one week?!?! It’s now July 2024, which would be six months from last contact and no code. I did some research and it appears Nisolo has decided to pause their program and not deliver on their promise. At this point, I do not believe they can fulfill their end of the deal and they have walked away with an EXTENSIVE amount of capital from customers, which they are using to float their business. They haven’t even EMAILED ME to tell me of this. How shady is that??? I only found out from ****** when researching. I do not want to wait for my shoes and feel they should refund those individuals who they cannot deliver to. What a shame. Their CEO should be ashamed.

      I placed an order a month ago. I emailed Nisolo a week after my order to inquire about shipping and got an auto response saying that my order was being processed and would ship in a few days. That was weeks ago and the only real human response I received was that they switched warehouses and were having issues- but no timeline or real transparency. Meanwhile they are sending out marketing emails multiple times a week and judging by their ********* comments and the other complaints here, I am not the only one who has been duped. Will never purchase from Nisolo again. Sustainability requires transparency and they can’t even tell their customers why they are unable to ship the product they have purchased. I requested a cancellation and refund and now I’m not getting any response.

      Nisolo ran a 5 years of shoes for $500 promotion. You pay 500 upfront and get a code for a free item every 6 months for 5 years. 10 total. A good deal until they decided to stop giving it the coupons as promised. So I paid 500 for 2 codes instead of 10.

      Nisolo shipped me the wrong model and then proceeded to sell out my size in this boot. I thought inventory software prevented that kind of thing from happening and that this was just a mix-up, but the best customer service could offer me was a refund or the waitlist. It kind of reminds me of when airlines overbook a plane on purpose? I wanted these boots before winter truly arrived in my new (cold!) city, so I'm super disappointed to be left without a good solution and to have missed the Black Friday sales from competitor brands. I really, really wanted to be able to rec this brand, but I think they're not taking any real accountability for overselling their products. I wasn't even offered a guarantee that I could receive the model I ordered at the same price for which I had purchased it. Basically, if it came back into stock after the sale ended, then I was out of luck.
