            On Sept 17, 2021, I purchased the Nisolo 5 for 5 promotion with the expectation of receiving a code every 6 months for 5 years, per the agreed upon ******************* Nisolo failed to provide the code in the agreed upon timeline. I am requesting my code as this was extremely misleading and deceptive behavior. Please provide me with the code asap.

            Nisolo is not honoring their five for five membership within the agreed upon terms. I paid $500 for 10 codes (equal to 10 pairs of shoes). After receiving 2 codes/shoes, my third code was denied to me with a promise of giving the code at some undisclosed time in the future (the following year). I requested a refund through the company and they denied me. So they've not given me the merchandise I paid for (8 out of 10 pairs of shoes I purchased) and also will not give me my money back ($400 which has not been cashed in for the shoes). The shoes I did receive fell apart, the soles came out of both pairs.
