I purchased a "model" tiny home from Incredible Tiny Homes (ITH) on April 12, 2022. I received photos of the initial stages of construction of my home on January 19, 2023. Having heard that model homes were being built in three months on ITH's advertising YouTube channel, I expected the home to be finished in April, 2023. I did receive the final construction photos of my home on April 11, 2023. After the photos on April 11, 2023 I received no further information. I made an inquiry in June, 2023 and was told on June 13, 2023 that it would be ready in about three weeks. That three weeks has turned into 15 months from the completion date and I still do not have the house I paid for in April 2022. I have made numerous email inquiries over the last 15 months receiving no real explanation for the delinquency. I have had no contact from ITH since November 9, 2023. I sent a certified letter requesting a settlement of this problem on July 2, 2024. A delivery attempt was made on July 8, 2024 without success. The letter was not picked up from the post office by ITH until July 16, 2024. Today is July 24, 2024 and I have heard no reply or had any attempt by ITH to contact me. At this point I feel like I am dealing with gross negligence/incompetence or I am a victim of consumer fraud and the theft of my money.

As of 08/09/2024 Incredible Tiny Homes has discussed the Tiny Home Purchased by Mr. **** ***** and mutually agreed to attempt to sell the Tiny Home he purchased from Incredible Tiny Homes, Inc. While this is not something we offer or can offer on a standard basis, we feel that this is the best resolution for both the Buyer and Incredible Tiny Homes, Inc.

Mr ***** was happy with this resolution, and Incredible Tiny Homes, Inc would invite Mr ***** should he decide in the future that he would like a Tiny Home to contact us, and we will be happy to help in any way we can.
