      Never again. Purchased an sig cross prs rifle with credova financing. Picked up rifle and I admit I didn’t look. Knew what I thought I was buying. Got home and the rifle is not the same as advertised. Picture AND Description were of a more expensive rifle apparently . Contacted customer service and was asked to come into Knoxville store. When confronted with false advertising I was told it’s still an sig and what do I want them to do?! I wanted the rifle advertised or a full return. I was offered a store credit. No help with dealing with credova as that’s now my problem. As if I’ll hand over a wrong rifle for store credit to still pay the *** + to a financial company. It’s like buying a corvette online and getting a Camaro delivered. Still a nice car but not what you bought. I currently have sig sauer in correspondence and have contacted law firms for false advertising. Not what I wanted but I’m not getting stuck with a rifle and a bill I didn’t want. This isn’t right. The internet manager had already put in his 2 week notice (overheard conversations) and blew me off cause he didn’t care. This company obviously doesn’t care about their customers and being upstanding at all. Something I thought was a mistake on there end( wrong picture and description) and a oops( not looking) on my end seemed a simple fix. To get the F U pissed me off. All future business is gone and I will certainly tell everyone I know to stay away. Bad business is bad business and other reviews seem to be saying the same. Stay away from Knoxville SMGA!!!!

      I've never had any problem with SMGA. Once I buy gun online, they get it shipped within a week. They ship to my FFL. I would recommend this company to anyone.

      I just purchased a rifle from SMGA Knoxville location, ordering on a Tuesday and it delivered to my local FFL the following Monday in WI. I was concerned reading some of the other BBB recent reviews. I had some questions regarding making the purchase and they were friendly and called me back promptly. No concerns with this transaction, gun arrived and looks great. -Jason 10/9/23

      Recent order has been paid all the paperwork done, order just says approved. Phone calls to these people go unanswered emails unanswered also. Phone calls to SMGA go straight to voicemail. No response whatsoever. This is my last order from these people.

      This is to tyler that reply to my low ball complaint I know how things work but when you offer 150 dollars each for 2 guns that still sell for over 600 each and one had never been shot and one about 30 times I understand there still used then you have used guns for sale that almost cost has much has a new one so I guess the gun store that give me 275 each will lose money I kinda doubt it your just low balling bad and all my gun club members are now aware of what shop to go to to trade and buy now

      Customer Service needs a lot of work. At least at the Knoxville location. A wanna be big box experience, without the employee training. Decent prices, and selection. But that service...I thought maybe they prioritized Web orders, and the in-store experience may have just been a bad day. After reading thru a few other reviews that doesn't appear to be the case either. Oh well... Doubtful I'll waste another hour making a return trip to this establishment, in either location. Truly wish that I could report differently.

      Do not waste your time ordering from here. They used to be a great company with a good reputation and customer service. Not sure what's happened with them. I ordered 5 guns from them last year and had no problem. With my most recent order, I've been waiting, waiting and waiting for the gun to ship. No response from customer service by phone or email! Phone calls to them go straight to voicemail with no response received. My order indicates that it is ready to ship and has had this status for several days. I've read where others have had this same status for weeks and had to pick up the order in person. It's a shame to see this from a company that has had my loyalty for years.

      It's a mixed bag. Customer service phones ring, don't get picked up (rang for 35 minutes straight) but Voicemail is full. I'd highly recommend the Sevierville store as the crew there is service-minded and helpful. I wouldn't recommend the Knoxville store as some are lazy and unhelpful and others have been great. Online is screwed up. Yes, the sales goes through but the guns don't ship. I waited three weeks and had to go to the Knoxville store to demand to pick them up! Beautiful stores with a great selection! Go to the Sevierville store- It's worth suffering through the crowds. And, yes, in both stores, be prepared for a wait; they're both busy and under staffed (the new post-covid norm).
