I am disappointed with this company. They installed a new HVAC unit Sept 2022 and starting Sept 2023, we began having issues with it. Fan wasn't blowing, then heat pump wasn't coming on to heat the house. Alex fixed the issue and then come December 2023, heating component went out again. Alex returned to "fix" the issue. Jan 2023 heating went out again and fan wasn't spinning outside. Alex told us to jumpstart the electrical breaker to bring it back on. We had to keep doing this for about 1.5 weeks till we called again. Was told if we had to keep turning the breaker on then we needed to stop because it could "burn down the house". I wish I would've been told that initially for our safety. At this point Alex told us they would come the next morning. 10:30am the next morning and no call no show. My husband called, no answer. He texted them not to come out. We got a second opinion and come to find out the wiring was not done correctly and needed to be rewired. Nest thermostat wasn't picking up the heat pump and communicating well with outdoor unit so we had that replaced. After rewiring and changing the thermostat, further diagnostic testing proved compressor is dead. We need a new compressor in a unit that is only a little older than a year old. When we had the install HVAC services came out promptly and were very professional. After that I feel like we got the run around. Now I'm out even more money on frequent visits and repair costs on a unit that costed an arm and a leg initially and is not even old. Don't know how much more money is going to go into this unit. I regret replacing my preexisting unit and trusting this 5 star company fully without seeking a second opinion.
