A month ago I purchased 2 items off of a website called ***************.com they have another website that they use called Valentila.com so they work togethe after I purchased my 2 items from ***************.com they sent me a confirmation through email which had my order number on it well a month goes by and I haven’t heard from anyone so I went online to check out their website and it read there has been a critical error on this website and then they tell you to try and learn how to troubleshoot with WordPress I called them every single day and did actually what they asked me to do leave my name and number my email address and my order number I did all of that I emailed them multiple times and a lot of there emails would come back saying that they were rejected and that the email address didn’t exist those 2 items were gifts for my 2 boys I’m very frustrated I just want my items or my refund thank you for your timeInitial Complaint

I ordered a sports jersey from this website in February 2023 and a few weeks later received a very clearly fake jersey. I immediately contacted them the day I received my order to request a refund and followed all of the rules of their refund policy. I received no response. I emailed them again and texted the number they list on their website. I still to this day have not received an email back. I received a text back in March (27 days after I sent the original text). This was only after I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I explained the situation and they were "so sorry to hear that" and offered only a 50% refund only if I removed the dispute. I again went over that I followed all their rules of their refund policy and again requested a full refund and would not remove the dispute until a refund was issued due to their poor customer service and lack of trust that they would follow through. They replied stating they would work on their customer support and did not mention a refund at all. I have not received any more text responses since then. Now I am out $87 and don't know what else to do.Initial Complaint

Ordered 1/21/2023 Paid $86.98 ($79.99 + $6.99 shipping), Order, #****** Item was listed as a Women's Philadelphia Eagles ***** ***** Nike Black Player Game Jersey. I received an email from them about the order being delayed because the flooding in California was affecting their factories and supply chain. The email was dated 1/29/23. I received the shirt the end of February (23rd-24th) and picked up from the post office on the 27th of February. That was the first time I wrote to them, then again on 3/1/23, 3/7/23, 3/10/23, 3/15/23, and again today, 3/24/23. The one email they supply after you click on the link is bogus, but I have written to support@valentila.com and have gotten no where. Radio Silence! Now for the shirt itself, that;'s what it is, a shirt with stuff sewn on it. It is not a GameJersey as they stated. They also stated that any returns must be in original packaging which I have but they will not respond to me. I'm not sure if there is anything else you need, but I would appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you!Initial Complaint

Made a purchase. Received the wrong size. Requested a return 7 times. 2 of 7 times I got an email back asking if they could send a replacement, which I do not want. I want to return. I replied this answer every time, but still no one will reply with instructions on how to return. The phone number also doesn’t work. Also of note, the shoes I received are an obvious counterfeit pair and not original Nikes as claimed.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 02/26/23 Amount: $184.94 Product: Shoes Nature of Dispute: I texted the business to request a cancellation of the order before it was shipped. The vendor responded by asking if I could please keep the order. I said no and requested cancellation again. The vendor has ignored my follow up texts ever since. I bought a Kansas City Chief Jersey from this business, order number ******. It was a gift for my wife's birthday. My wife is a small woman, so I ordered a woman's medium. The jersey arrived late, missed her birthday and the superbowl. The size of the jersey was way too small, like it was made for a youth medium, not a woman. The Webiste said I can do an exchange for another size. I sent multiple emails to their various website addresses, which I can provide copies of each, asking HOW I got about doing an exchange. After quite a bit of time, I got a response asking me to take a picture of the package and the jersey showing measurements. Like who normally keeps their package? But I did and sent all they requested. Then they asked me to take another picture, which was a stalling technique, literally wanted me to raise the measuring tape like 2 inches. I refused and told them they had all they needed to do an exchange of this jersey for an Extra Large. That went unresponded to for a while, I used their txting feature, which is just a chat bot. I used What's App and nobody ever resonded. I complained saying I'd file a BBB complaint and they emailed me to say they reviewed my case and they would issue me a refund and to expect that in 2-3 business days. More than a week passed, they never refunded me. I think followed up again, several days later they ask me if they can do an exchange. I told them since they told me they were refunding me, my wife ordered herself something off Amazon for her birthday and to just refund me like they said they were going to. More delays and no response, no refund. They responded to my txt after I threatened to take them to court, telling me to WAIT, they wanted to contact their accounting team. That was the last message. Still no response to that and no refund. I've got tons of documentation, copies of the emails, txts, What's App.........this place is a scam and don't do what their webiste says. Need help. I ordered a Jersey and they said it would ship in 5 business days and it has been 8 business days.I have tried to reach out to them by email,left messages,sent texts and have heard nothing.I have tried different times a day.I cant understand the no response.Please help me as I have left my order # and everything.
