          In March 2023, BBB investigated Valentila.com's business practices. This investigation was prompted by a large volume of complaints, and scam tracker report. Some of the issues described by victims were paying for merchandise not received, receiving items they did not order, inability to get money refunded or return items. One person reported; “Ordered merchandise online through the website. They sent me confirmation email with order number but told me through email they didn't get my order in their system. Then was told to contact my bank for a refund.”another commented “I have tried to reach out to them by email,left messages,sent texts and have heard nothing.” Another comment, “I used their texting feature, which is just a chat bot. I used What's App and nobody ever responded.” Also delay comments such as “they wanted to contact their accounting team” and “More delays and no response, no refund.”.
