He lie to me after he had already charge my card, *****, he stated if I dont recover you stuff, off the ** card I will refund your card, so I aloud him to charge it. The manage told me he would call me the next day to let me know it ready, never did. I went by there he was not there. So on Monday, I went by there sign in the door out on service call or something like that. I kept trying to catch him no success, for almost 3 weeks nothing, and he did not call. Finally I catch up with him, he did not remember what I came in for. I remind him what I was there for, he stated, I need to run a recovery on it, this was what he was to do at first. I gave him another try, he said return in 3 days, I return in 3 days, he said I couldnt get anything but the name, I remind him that what I show you when I first came in. I told him I was going to just take it, and mail it off to the company to recover. I then said to him your going to refund the money back to my card as you stated to me, he said no that what I charge if I get something or not. I told him its no way, I would have gave you my card, if you said, if I do something or not. He told me he would refund it back and has lie to me, which is fraud, I did not argue with him, just try some other means. I had stop in Subway the employees said he did the same thing to them, I said I wish I had known. They said they will start passing it on to there other customers, because it just wrong, he still doing it to others. Please help stop him from robbery others as well.
