I had a horrible experience during my recent doctor's visit. The office manager, ********************, displayed racist behavior and called the *************** on me when I refused to speak with her. She falsely accused me of being irate and violated my privacy by sharing my personal information with the police. I felt threatened, especially considering the biased treatment that black individuals often face from law enforcement. To make matters worse, the racist office manager pushed me out, causing me to fall in the parking lot.************************* witnessed the incident but didn't intervene or support me. I was belittled and subjected to unprofessional behavior in front of other staff and patients. I had expected better from *************************, but I am deeply disappointed by her inaction.I want to caution other black individuals to steer clear of this office despite its location in a supposedly nice area. Since joining the Texas Health Resources Healthcare System, the office's communication has deteriorated, and the new staff members, especially the racist office manager, have made the experience unwelcoming. Additionally, the office manager filed a police report against me.
