            The Empower process works! I've tried a lot of fitness programs. This is based on nutritionally sound science that has me feeling more energized as a 37 year old mom to an energetic toddler with a full-time job than I was before I became a mom. The training platforms and coaches are fantastic, and I feel like every aspect of my health is improving. This is healthy, long-lasting, and habit forming change. Worth every *****.
