              I dropped off my golf driver on 5/14 for repair (work order ******* and I have had no recourse. I call weekly and it's the same response, ***** will contact you. I am aware of the supply chain issues, but the lack of response is appalling. The lack of response is unacceptable.

              I wish I didnt have to give them a star. This place is a joke and has awful customer service. I ordered a club in April it was supposed to be done in June. I received one email that it was delayed before the June date. No one could answer me for the last two months were this club is. This one club was very expensive and no one seemed to care that it is taking a long time. Never go here. They are a part of Dicks sporting goods and I will NEVER go there again. Ive spent a lot of money there for my kids not any longer. Cancelled my credit card also. Horrible company do not purchase any golf items. Or anything in general
