Transaction Date: 9/3/2024 We purchased a ring from their website, and due to the Hassle Free Return and Money Back Guarantee stated on their website we felt comfortable knowing we could return if we werent please with quality. **************************************************************** Well the ring delivered and were unsatisfied with the quality, so we initiated a return on their website and the refund amount was almost $30 less than what we originally paid. This return is in the 30 day window, so I reviewed the website and there is no mention of a fee that would be automatically deducted when starting a return. So we emailed support and asked why we were receiving less than what we paid and they responded with a generic answer. We said that this process was not a hassle free experience and told them there was nowhere on their site that states a restocking fee would be deducted. Please refer to the screenshot I took Sunday, 9/8. (Photo Attachment #**** shows the day and time stamp)Well, wouldnt you know all of a sudden an addition has been made to their site stating the restocking fee. (Photo Attachment from today: 7145) This was not on their site previously.I also tried calling the customer service phone number on their website and no one answers and it doesnt have a professional or business voicemail, its like a cellphone voicemail auto generated message which makes me believe this company is fraud. I would like a full refund for my purchase, I will settle for paying for shipping to return the item but should not be subject to any other fees as they were not stated on the site at the time of purchase or when I initiated the return 9/8.I hope this complaint reaches the business so no one else falls for the inaccurate claims on their site.
