This Brooklyn gardens nursing ********************* center needs a make over..The staff is lazy at ********************************************* site.Dont ever think your getting help try ringing the button for help it takes a time but in the meantime you can be choking or passed out and no help is here ,before I came a patient died because no one came to her rescue and that's sad.i wear pull *** and they get them and lock them up in basement or closet and the day shift only can talk to supervisor to get some ,imprisonment. They gonna get mad at me because I will be a mess that they would have to clean up I only have this one pull up on now but it can't last forever.,just discharge me I get better service at my home. I don't see them making rounds or any supervision for patients. It's a shame that no one comes to inspect the hired help- people who work here ( staff) A dog gets better treatment...I'm sorry I had to leave such a review but I couldn't help my self.My roommate here a the rehabilitation she has some problems to be resolve with The facility but there was no privacy when 2 personnel - staff just came a ND blurted my roommate business out loud in public it was conversational and they way they were ganging up on her verbal was very unprofessional just wrong,men orderlys walk into a women's room it's more wrong doing but I'm not the one to tell every thing ..but bathing is a issue especially if your wheelchair ?? bound can't walk so staff just pass you by ..I hope yall get better trying in caring for people who can't help themselves but so much... it a disgrace .
