The Arabic Bazaar Response

This lady most definitely did not injure herself in our class (we have other students who can attest to that). She came in saying she has a meniscus there in her knee, which is bothering her that day. I gave her proper instructions as to how to actually know aggravated-Something that Im all too familiar with because I have two meniscus tears In both knees and I teach the classes with absolutely no issues. This was roughly speaking about three weeks ago. A couple of days ago she called saying that her doctor told her she has runner knee because of all the running that she has done in the past and that she needs to rest it for about three weeks.
She inquired about the classes that she has not used that are left on her class card that she had purchased, I personally called her back and told her our policy that clearly stated on our website and all our social media accounts. Same policy is verbally told to students when they purchase a class and often on they talked about in class to remind everyone not to throw out any card that still has classes on it as our policy is to incorporate the system for any classes that are expired with the purchase of a new part. I also explained to her that she does not need purchase until she is ready to read the classes. She said she wanted to do.
She however, started hurling insults regarding the business and how I conduct it when I would not agree to give her end of timeframe for her to use the classes that she says she hasnt used and hung up the phone on me.
Again, we are happy to let her use the classes that she has not used just as it is indicated on our website once she is ready to come back to class with the purchase of a new card.
thank you.
