My family and I moved into this property on December 16 2021. When we moved in we noticed that the heat was not working. When I reached out to the management company I was told that I needed to have the gas company come out and turn the gas on. Once an appointment was made the gas company could not install the gas meter due to the property not having a gas meter on the property since 2017. When I contacted the management company after hearing of this, they then decided to remember that their was no gas meter in the property and that they would be having the plumbers come and the city to inspect the lines to make sure it is good for the gas company to install the meter. We was told on the 17th by the management company that everything was handled and that we was waiting on city to come out for inspection. On December 20th the plumbers came back out to our property to fix the lines because they needed fixing, now this is something we was told by the management company that was already fixed and just needed an inspection which I found out was a lie. After the lines was fixed the city did come out and inspect the lines but never submitted the permit paperwork to the gas company to come out and install the meter. Now here it is on the 22nd I contacted the management company again and they said they setup an appointment. Once I arrived home, I noticed nothing was done so I reached out to the gas company to find out that no appointment was made for today and that now me and my family would have to wait til Monday the 27th to get the meter placed. This is crazy because my family and I have nothing to do with the management company not being on their job from beginning to know that the gas meter needed to be installed for my family to recieve heat on the property. This is a week of horrible service and at this point they need to be reported and dealt with for lying to their tenants and also not being true to their word about the work orders and such for this property.
