B & B Home Remodeling ********* ******** and "**** ****** ***** ************* *******" went into contract to remodel a property we purchased at **** ******* ******* ******** **. Initially **** sent video after video of the work he had completed on the house, establishing trust with me. He then itemized additional work that needed to be completed and sought payment for such work - indicating he purchased cabinets, windows, appliances, electrical boxes, roofing equipment etc. and in total was paid $51,457.85 and did not do the work or purchase the product. The dumpster company B & B Home Remodeling used filed a lien on the property and I ended up paying them despite already paying B & B Remodeling for the dumpsters. They stopped responding to my messages asking for proof the work was completed and we have had a realtor and another construction company walk through the property and take pictures evidencing that no work outside of the initial demolition was completed. We have filed a police report as well with the Abilene police department.
