Gave my staff last second notification of online webinar required and then sent the wrong course. Was then removed from the course (a day I had blocked out my schedule for and cancelled patients. All they did was argue with me and insist on stealing my deposit.

Aesthetic Medical Educators Training, Inc Response

      07/23/2024

We're sorry that you feel this way, although there are a few key facts we would like to clear up. Sir- we you received automatic e-mails immediately after registering for the course, which were not responded to. Two weeks before the course, once we saw you hadn't responded, we called, texted, and emailed you to get ahold of you. We did get ahold of your office manager, who informed us "he never checks his work e-mail, this is his personal e-mail." We then proceeded to email you several times to that e-mail- we show some were opened, but none responded to. We finally heard from you at 9:30 PM, the evening before your class. Due to safety concerns for the hands-on, we had to decline your request to attend the hands-on portion without taking the lecture portion.

I'm sorry that this is a frustrating experience, we try to do everything we can to accommodate everyone and their needs/preferences- that's why we have hybrid courses as well as full in-person courses. As we stated via e-mail to you, you are not eligible for a refund, but you can still use your credit for a future course.
