We purchased a barn in Sept 2022, for $39,950.00. It is now almost a year later. Debbie has taken our money in full, has not even delivered as much as 1 nail and refuses not only to return any of our money, but also will not return phone calls, emails or texts. We have been trying to speak to her for months now. We have reached out to the Sheriff's office in Canyon who informed me that they have had numerous calls in regards to the company stealing money especially within the last year and were very familiar with the company. They informed me that looking into the company there are cases of her stealing money and being taken to court dating back as far as 2005. We are working with law enforcement and our attorneys to see what options we have. We are now trying anything we can to get any of our life savings back or at least prevent anyone else having to deal with this heart ache in the future. I cannot begin to explain how much stress this has caused my family and to know that there are so many other stories out there hurts my heart. People are getting taken advantage of daily. Something has to be done, she should never have been able to continue scamming people and getting away with it for as long as she has. User's recommendation: No Absolutely not, No Way

LeAnna K. has made false statements in this complaint. No one has scammed her or anyone else out of their money. She purchased an Econo Barn and once completed was to go on the installation schedule but she didn't want to wait in line on the schedule and cancelled her barn purchase. We have a policy just like all other barn company, if customers cancel their barn orders there is a 25% restocking fee or if we put it on our pre-owned barn page and resell it for them we save them the restocking fee and they get a refund in full. Her barn is on that pre-owed barn page for sale and has been. Just recently she has decided he wanted to keep the barn and not sell it but despite numerous attempts to get her to commit to the color she wants the frames painted so we can proceed she has not given us weather she wants black or brown frames. She has been told we need to order her color roofing and siding so it will be ready when her barn comes up for installation but she refuses to answer if she is going to keep or have us sell the barn. A new customer may want a different color than she does. These are the only reasons she has not received her barn yet. As far as her not being able to reach us she calls after hours and weekends when we are closed. Her emails are answered. Lonestar Barns has not taken anyones money without intentions of delivering their barns. Covid and Supply chain issues have cause us delays in getting barns out but have never taken funds without intentions of delivering their barns. ** **** **** * ********** ******** **** * ** ****** ***** *** ****** ***** ******** *** ***** *** *** ** *** ******* Weather has played a huge roll in installers getting behind on installs this past year. We are getting caught up but orders go in line on our installation schedule. We can't jump over someone that is not fair to the customers who are waiting patiently. Everyone that has received their barns to this date are very happy with the quality of their barns and very happy with the installers workmanship. No one has been scammed and our attorney is working on taking care of the defamation attempts.
