            My Fiancé and I purchased our home in June of 2022, On May 1st of 2022 a storm cane through the town I live in and damaged the window that faces south. We bought the home with the company making guarantees and promises of fixing the window, I write this January 19, 2023 and it still hasn’t been fixed. We have attempted to contact the company many times, and we we’re either redirected or told Shane would give us a call. Shane still hasn’t called and now the company proceeds to ignore our phone calls. We have even emailed multiple people at red homes and have received little or no communication back. The room the window is in is used as an office by my Fiancé and it gets cold in there. This is not only a safety hazard because the sharp glass of the shattered window is still there, it is also a health hazard. Straight up, this company has no communication about anything, not to the buyers, not to each other, nowhere.

            Worst Building Experience Ever! ALL THE EXTRA MONEY PUT IN FROM OUT POCKET FOR OUR HOME NOT TO BE DONE RIGHT! GRASS GUY THAT WORKS FOR THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE LAID OUR SOD DOWN HOWEVER HE FELT LIKE IT. NEVER INSTALLED OUR RAIN SENSORS DONT SEE WHY I WAS TOLD NOT TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED IF IT CAME WITH THE HOME THERE SHOULDNT BE NO NEED TO PURCHASE THEM OUT OF MY OWN POCKET. GRASS IS DEAD IN BACKYARD TRIED TO BLAME IT ON MY DOG WHEN MY DOG DIDNT MOVE IN TILL MOMTHS LATER AND THE GRASS ALREADY LOOKED LIKE TRASH. TILE NOT DONE CORRECTLY WAS TOLD MONTHS AGO TILE WAS ON BACKORDER TILE GUY NEVER CAME BACK HAS BEEN 1 WHOLE YEAR THAT WE HAVE LIVED HERE NOTHING HAS GOTTEN FIXED! NO WONDER THEY FIRE THE ACTUAL PEOPLE WHO WORK FROM RED HOMES BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY GO AND INSPECT HOMES ARE GETTING DONE RIGHT AS THEY SHOULD LOOKS LIKE THEY JUST WANT TO EARN A PAYCHECK! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE DO BUISNESS WITH RED HOMES!

            We're so sorry you are unsatisfied with your home. We will address these concerns one by one, starting with the rain sensor. We used multiple subcontractors in the Crosspoint subdivision to complete yards. The subcontractor used on your home did not include a rain sensor as a part of his yard package. The City of Hereford does not require them in order to issue a certificate of occupancy. This is why one was not installed at your home.

            We still have two outstanding warranty items in our system for your home. The yard issues will be looked at, but please note that dogs do take a toll on the yards, especially large dogs. We will be happy to review and consider anything unrelated to pet wear and tear. The tile issues have been sent to our tile company, we are just waiting on them to schedule out repairs. I have asked for an update on repairs.

            We have indeed have some turnover in our company, but our current team will be working to address any outstanding items.
