    Their daughter brand, "*****************" is a scam, the customer service is horrible. I ordered a digital microchip reader on 2/14/22. It showed a 9 week lead time. At 9 weeks I asked for an update and was told 12 weeks now. At 13 weeks I asked for a follow up and was told it would now be 16 weeks. I did not reply to the email, but rated their comment with a ":(" on the "How was my reply?" box included on the email. I told them their reply was quite rude and that they don't care about the customer. They proceeded to cancel my order that I had been on the waitlist for, for over 13 weeks now. I instantly called and was told they cancelled my order because I didn't like their response. In a previous email (on the same chain) I had told the same rep to not cancel the order, no matter the wait time. I was told the manager would reach out to me. No call back that day, no reply to my email. The next day I emailed for a follow up. No answer. Later in the day I try to reach out on chat, no reply. I call to hear that my number has been blocked and I'm not allowed to call that number anymore. I call the parent company, they've blocked me too. I've yet to receive a refund now, so guessing this will be a scam that I have to fight for and dispute on my card. It was $486. The company is a joke, the people are rude, I should have realized this from the start. Hopefully nobody else will be scammed by this.

    ***** placed an order on Feb 15th for this product https://www.livestocktags.com/products/destron-fearing-gpr-global-pocket-reader Since early last year, we have had production delay notices on every product page (just below the "Add to Cart" button) and also at the top of the website http://www.livestocktags.com She called several times during the past few months to ask about the status of her order, and each time we've told her all that we know which is unfortunately very limited. We are a distributor for Allflex so we have no control or access to the warehouse, order status, etc (as noted on the Production Timeframe page https://www.livestocktags.com/pages/allflex-production-timeframes)After her most recent checking in, she responded:"You guys dont care, you only wanted my money. At half a grand, you should be providing updates weekly. Instead, I have to reach out, get very rude, generic replies, and each time its pushed out even more."We told her on multiple occasions that we notify customers when we receive updates and that we do not receive weekly updates from the manufacturer. Also, we were concerned she was going to initiate a chargeback since she said we "only wanted my [her] money." At that point, we felt we had no choice but to cancel the order and initiate a full refund.After the order was canceled at the end of the day Monday, May 16th, she posted a terribly negative review of the store on ******** and she shared the following feedback via our chat system:"Seriously - because Im unhappy with your rude response you cancel my order that Ive been on the waitlist for over 5 months now? ********. ************* ever, definately scam. Horrible customer service, dont care about their customers. Theyll go out of business eventually."She also called our toll-free number and screamed at our customer service rep and used profanity. Our employees have been told not to interact with customers who scream or use profanity, so they did not answer her emails or chats. She also emailed stating that she had filed a credit card chargeback (which was the initial concern that lead to the order cancellation).My husband and I were traveling the next day, Tuesday the 17th, so she did not receive a response from us that day. We sent an email response to ***** on the morning of May 18th. In addition to explaining our side of the story and that we would not tolerate that kind of behavior towards an employee, we also let her know that we had already issued a refund and that it can take several business days to go through the credit card company's processes to appear on her credit card.
