1st visit: Relentless was chosen by home warranty company to service a broken toilet, they took a 2+ weeks to visit home. Master plumber said toilet just needed a hose/valve reset and didn't need new parts. I told them I had been doing that same task but it continues to malfunction. As expected, the problem persisted and eventually (after their 2nd visit) I hired a new plumber to fix the toilet properly out of my pocket instead of through the home warranty company. 2nd visit: Relentless sent a tech to change out an old showerhead, a simple task. New showerhead leaked and sprayed water on the ceiling/walls of my bathroom, I sent Relentless a video. They received payment for the service...weeks passed before they followed up on the leak and I told them fixed it myself (simple teflon tape). Also during 2nd visit the shower did not have hot water. I was told by Relentless the old faucet needs the handle cut off because the screws won't come loose, ie the shower walls would have to be cut out to access and return hot water to the shower which would cost thousands of dollars. Got a second opinion (different plumber) and hot water was restored to the shower in 5 minutes with proper tools and knowledge. 3rd visit: Relentless Home Services was chosen by home warranty company to service a broken disposal. I told the warranty *** that I was not happy with Relentless' previous service but they said Relentless is the only plumbing contractor in the area. Window to arrive was **** (I was home all this time). They arrived around 1pm and had to leave since no one over ********************************************************************************* over the phone when I said I wouldn't be home but my kids were. Service not complete.Relentless also told the home warranty *** that I used profanity. I guess "this is ridiculous" is profanity to Relentless Home Services, who charges a home warranty company for services not completed, parts not used, and plumbing not repaired.

We are very sorry you were unhappy about our company policy to not allow our adult technicians to enter a home without an adult present.  We feel as though this is an industry standard and we cannot waiver from this for the safety of the children in the home as well as the safety of the employees. Unfortunately all of this entire review stems from your unhappiness with the fact we left the property without entering the home or looking at said items due to this policy.
