      This company has provided truly the worst customer service experience I have dealt with. I wish I had read the ****** Reviews before we signed a contract with them, as our experience conforms exactly with those of many others here: once the contract was signed, they treat their customers like garbage, repeatedly failing to respond to calls, and failing to deliver on promises to fix issues that are brought to their attention. We signed a contract in April of 2024 for windows, siding, and gutters. To date (16 October 2025), the job is not finished, despite repeated attempts to get the company to do the job they were paid for. Additionally, the gutters were installed poorly and leak. This was brought to the company's attention and again, promises were made that it would be taken care of. Nothing has materialized. If I could assign a '0' to this review, I would. ***** this company.

      Woodbridges customer service is not acceptable. After they sell you the product they dont care about checking up on you to see if all went well. I have called them several times never return call. Always make excuses about having turn over?? Not a good excuse can at least call you back let you know. Very dissatisfied with there services. If we ever need assistance to get something replaced I am sure we will have a hard time getting anything done. Sad we spend a lot of money for horrible service. I dont want anyone to have to go through this horrible experience. Worst service ever.

      On July 13, 2024, Mr. ***** ***** came to my house in *******, ** and sold me 6 windows with the pretense that I got a screen door for free. He called his boss and his boss agreed to the free screen door. I waited 5 weeks to for the windows to be built. On August 20, 2024, I took the day off work and had my windows installed. Mr. ******** installed the windows, but there was no screen door with his pickup and the warehouse was already closed. He said it would come later. I have called this company so many times asking when my door will come. I left messages with the service manager, Mr. **** ********* and he never called back. I called Mr. ***** and he told me he will check into it. I still dont know whats going on. I spoke with Ms. ******* about 4 times. She told me she will let me know what is going on. She said she would speak to the person about my door delivery appointment and call back. I never hear from her. I tried calling today, they wouldnt answer my phone call. I then tried with a coworkers phone, and they immediately answered. So, they are screening their calls and avoiding me. Is it that they are building the door, and it will take another 5 weeks and just dont want to tell me? Or did they lie, and I am not receiving a new screen door? The charges are higher on the windows what the contract is. The contract is ****** and the email bank statement I got from Woodbridge says ****** dollars. The different is 2264 Dollars. Please investigate. Thank you for your help.

      I had *********************************** my residence. I have 2 of the windows that will not work, meaning the top of one window will not stay up and has to be propped up or it will slide down on its own which is a security issue and energy cost issue. the other window when raised will not stay up on its own and has to be propped up. I called the company on many occasions and was told that someone would contact me to schedule an appointment for maintenance to no avail. I tried calling back and they have blocked my phone number. I was never hostile towards these people and was VERY patient. with them while they pretended to care about my problem and played the run around game. I never gave them the run around when i was paying for those high price A.. windows that they won't repair... .I know they probably don't care, but I won't purchase anything else from them and certainly won't recommend them to anybody.

      We had siding put on the house in about 2008. Everything was good until a hail on Mothers Day of 2024! We now have hail damage to the siding and need it replaced. I have called and sent Emails several times. Have been told they will call to get in touch. Still waiting!!!!! That is a not so nice way to treat customers who paid a lot of money for siding to have the company ghost you??

      Very disappointed with this company. As others stated the company is really on top of things during the purchasing phase. Then when an issue arises it takes an act of congress to get anything done. On April 28 th we had rain storm and one of our new Woodbridge windows retained water between the screen and window. I contacted them on the 29th. And was told some one would contact me back in 2 days. Well the 2 days came and went with no one calling me back. I called back and was given a number for service . I called and again told the that some one would call me back in 2 days. Nothing. Finally I called and got some what forceful Over the phone and requested to speak with a manager. Well a tech/ manager spoke with me and said he could drill some holes in the window frame so that the water could drain. We went back and forth about that option and he said he would be out on Wednesday. This was on Monday. We'll no call or text on Tuesday to let me know what time he would be here. I called on Wednesday morning and spoke with receptionist who could not give me a time. I told he to tell the tech if he's not here by 11. To just not show up. We'll 11:15 he shows up with an obvious attitude. He said he could drill holes in the screen framing to allow water to flow out or put some wedges in. I didn't want and hike being drilled as it may effect the warranty. So he put some wedges in that looks like c*** We'll see it that helps the next rain we get. I was going to ask him if he thought the wedges looked good but his demeanor was like he was out out with me wanting my windows to perform as promised. I just told him to get off my property. I will Never do business with Woodbridge again, and tell anyone who is looking to replace their home windows Not to consider them. Terrible customer service.

      I have been trying to get a response from this company since Feb 12. Thursday I made 10 different calls to 4 different numbers. I have been given different names, told they would email who I needed to contact and names I cannot find at the number I was given. I put new windows in last week of Jan. but the glass in one broke when there was a fire next door. There were on new window and 2 old on that side of the house The glass only broke on the Woodbridge window from the heat.. My insurance company needs an invoice as they well pay for glass. Someone has come to measure the window. Thought that was strange as I would think they had the measur ement and no one has contacted me since. Again I know I have attempted to call or Email 45 times. I have kept a record and feel silly I have only now taken a different approach. Initially I thought Woodbridge would cover the glass as it was the gas in between the panels that shattered the glass.

      I have had problems with our windows and have called multiple times and they wont return a call or even show up when they are going to. I do not recommend this company.

      Not sure if its the windows/doors or the install, but the wind whistles through them and the dirt coming through is awful. I have called them several times and they always say someone will be have some one call me. not once have I heard from anyone. after spending almost ****** you would think they would care. I guess I was just sucked in. very sad

      They did an awesome job replacing all of the windows and door on my home! The Manager **** was very polite and professional! From the time that I purchased my windows to when they were installed was less than a month!
