My experience with #Mansion Minders/#*********************** has been horrible. I highly discourage anyone do business with her. She has harassed me via texts, entered the home unlawfully and scared a family member with her surprise visit. ****** is not professional, belittles and has no recourse to justify her behavior. Her "participation" ***** ************* fee are bogus. ONE of MANY additional negative reviews include: From YELP:"BEWARE! She says anything it takes to draw you in. The concept is great, the house was fantastic. I lived near several friends I have known for years. The weakest part of the program is the owner. She has no integrity and talks down to people as if she thinks she is better, when actually her morals and principals are not ethical. She does not follow her contract, unless it is to benefit her and she is not honest about anything, so get everything in writing! She is constantly full of excuses and will not fulfill her end of a signed contract. She showed up unannounced to our home when I was celebrating a family birthday of an ill elderly uncle over a weekend. We held a near perfect, or perfect score the whole time we were in her program and CONSTANTLY threatened us. I really enjoyed making the house look pretty and it was truly fun watching everything, but again, the owner made gaining information a nightmare! If you asked a question, to help learn, you were threatened to get "kicked out" of her program. We ran out of the program with our hair on fire when the house sold. This business would be successful if the owner would not use intimidation, insults, slander and scare tactics to get what she wants. What a shame. ""... They'll do anything for a dollar. While we do not believe they are evil, they are doing the devil's work. She could have settled this long ago and received lots of referrals."

***************** has never been a Mansion Minder of ours. ************************* is who wrote this review. ************** is her dad of this 49 yr old Minder. *** also gotten a call from her mother telling me to not call or message her daughter as shes having a difficult time and cant handle the stress. And wanted me to go through her mom for all the directions of what needed to be done for the set up of the house, she just moved into.****** os a lovely decorator and has beautiful decor but has done many things to not make the procedure easy, as there are rules to follow when you work to help make a seller and Realtor happy. In my contracts it states I can give a 30 minute notice to visit the house and I do so once a month. I gave notice I was coming, and she turned my notice down, which is against the rules. Saying that her daughter was sick. I have to check on my homes to ensure the seller and the realtor are happy as well as the home is in move in condition. So I went in and didnt bother her daughter. Its in my agreement that you cant have parties at the house, which is reasonable because the house is not hers and is for sale. Many people at a house could damage the home. She had two parties at the home. If she had asked permission, it might have been approved, with stipulations. But she didnt. The neighbors complained that there were beer cans in their yards. The house was closing and she made many excuses to not get it finished being cleaned out and we were running out of time, so I had myself and the realtor over at the home having to make sure things were getting out in time for the closing. It was very stressful. She has not paid on time in the six months she was in my program. She gave her notice to move out and hasnt even paid this month. There is a participation fee to be in our program. Its the monthly fee to live in a mansion and its only $1890 a month. She messaged me not understanding why she has to pay anything. After five months of being in our program, youd think she would know that she would have to pay to live.Today is 2/5/2024 and after asking ****** to take down two Christmas trees, they are still up for two open houses this past weekend. That is unreasonable when a house is showing to sell. ************************* is finishing her coursework to become a realtor in the area. And this looks really bad that a realtor would be so disregarding of a contract and rules.I have run this business for 24 years, very successfully. The only negative reviews I get are from people who wont keep their contracts. The people who get upset are the people who I have to hold accountable to the rules. Im sorry shes so disgruntled and not thankful to be able to live in $1.5M mansion for only $1,890/ mo.
