*0/10**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!*My initial contact was through a local ************** who had posted that they were a family that had recently relocated to my area and was eager to introduce their services to our community. The post asked for anyone interested in having their air conditioning ducts cleaned to private message the original poster the size of your house. So I did private message the poster my house size, and she replied that they would be available in my area a couple of days later. She messaged me and we set up an appointment. The tech was supposed to arrive between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m.They arrived a few minutes before 2:00 and I was in the bathroom so my husband let them in. They began working and after a few minutes I came out of the bathroom and witnessed what they were doing supposedly cleaning the vents. Basically it was a giant hose with a brush on the end of it that they introduced into the duct at most 2 ft. and then pulled it back out and all that dust and gross from the vent fell out onto the floor and surrounding areas. They didn't even use a drop cloth, except for when my husband got a blanket to serve as a drop cloth on our bed. And they LEFT THE **** ON THE ***** BENEATH THE ****** When I began to question one of the men who seemed to be in charge if he could give me his company's name & license number he informed me that he didn't need a license to clean A/C ducts in ***** (false I later found out.) The more I questioned him I became suspicious. They were there "cleaning" for about 25 minutes. The friendly new neighbor from ******** who arranged this tech to come told me it would take about 45 to 60 minutes for a house my size. So the guy is wanting me to pay him with cash or cash app etc. I ended up using my credit card basically just to get the man out of my house. When I contacted the person from ******** telling her I was not happy with the service she blocked me and took her post down off ********. TOTAL SCAM!!! ??
