I bought a ** from this company in May 2023. **** OptiPlex **** SFF Desktop ** with ***** i7 Processor, 16GB Memory, 240SSD Hard Drive and Windows 11 Pro. It's now October, and the ** I got is a piece of trash. It stop turning on. And I was told to hit the rest button on the back of the **. I did that, and it took 3 to 4 times before the ** started up. But every time I go to turn it on, I have to hit the rest button a number of times, and each time its harder for the ** to start up. I would never tell someone to buy from this company. They sell junk. I am a senior citizen, and live on Social Security, I cannot afford to keep buying a **, when I live on such a tight budget, it's hard to feed myself each month, and to have to deal with a company that doesn't respect Seniors on Social Security is a shame on all Seniors. To all that buy from this company, expect the worst out of them. They could care less about you, no matter what age you are. I would not give them a1/4 star rating, and that would be to much of a rating for them. I have Posted this to the BBB. So you can see how many others have given them a lowest star rating as I did. I sent 4 emails to the owner. All I got back from him, I am working on writing you back. Trust me he want do a thing to fix this **
