Regarding your loan application and the associated consumer credit report: under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Bank may obtain a consumer credit report from a ************************* as part of the loan application process. We obtained your authorization for this through the loan application you signed on August 7, 2024. For your reference, a copy of your signed loan application was sent to you directly.
