 We purchased a commercial lawnmower on 06/06 in the amount of $10,179.35. Upon use, we noticed that the plate at the bottom was getting extremely hot- not an issue we have with our other commercial stand-up mowers. Then we started getting complaints from customers that their grass was dead. These specific customers were ones we had used this lawn mower for their yard. The yards that we used our other mower had zero issues. We could event tell that the grass in certain areas where we had to use a push lawnmower was green compared to the rest of the yard that we used the new mower. 

We took the lawnmower back to Pioneer Outdoor Power on 06/23. The mechanic took it for a test and told us the spindles were getting up to 187 degrees which they aren't meant to do. He said we would have to wait until the owner got back the following week and wouldn't provide us with his contact information. We asked the manager and was just given the owner (Fabio)'s email address. I emailed him on 06/23 and he replied on 06/24 saying anyone at the shop could help us (they could not). I sent him pictures of our customers yards. 

We called the manufacturer of the lawnmower and the customer service rep admitted that this was an issue with this mower. He said we would have to work directly with the dealer, Pioneer Outdoor Mower. 

We called on 06/29 when the owner was back in the shop almost a week later. He told us there was nothing wrong with the mower and we needed to come pick it up. 
We called the manufacturer again and they said they couldn't do anything; the dealer would have to take care of it. 

At this point, we are dealing with upset customers and must find a way to make that right. We have had loss of business because we don't have a commercial mower to mow our bigger lawns. And we are seemingly out $10,000 because we have a defective mower, they won't let us return
