    I ordered a 2 post lift from them in January. It was supposed to be delivered in **** business days according to there website. It arrived about 1.5 months later. It was missing one of the equalizing cables. I contacted them and they said they would send me a new one but it was coming from china and would take 3 weeks. It finally arrived 4 weeks later. After installing the new cable, i realized it was the wrong size. I contacted NAT and they said a new one would be delivered in a few days. After over a week of waiting I contacted them again and they didnt know anything about the new cable i was supposed to be receiving and said they would send me another one. I received the new cable the following week and it was the same size as the original replacement which was the wrong size. At this point they refused to send me the correct cable without pictures proving it was the wrong size cable. I had to take the good cable off the lift at this point. I sent pics of the original cable vs the new cables showing that the new cables were shorter. Now they wanted me to put the lift back together to send pics to prove it was installed correctly. The pic of the different size cables wasnt good enough. And they are refusing to send me the correct cable without all these pics when it was there fault to begin with for not having all the parts with the lift. Now its 4 months later and i still dont have a working lift when it was supposed to be delivered within 10 business days. I tried calling a couple of times during this process and they were to busy unloading a truck or working in the warehouse to talk to a customer that was having issues with the product they provided. They have terrible customer service and i would never order anything from them again.

    A new cable has been sent and confirmed it is the length you have requested. The ETA of this cable to you is 6/4 with UPS.We call every customer before taking payment to inform them of delivery and transit time of new equipment. We did make a mistake sending the wrong length cable and have corrected the issue.
