            I have been a patient at CH&W at the Texas City office for over 6 years. In the last 3 or 4 months I have been calling to make appointments and the operators act like they cannot hear me and hang up. There is nothing wrong with my phone so I know they just do not want to do their job. One time they did that to me 3 times in a row and I lost my temper on the third call and started yelling and then she heard me just fine. Imagine being sick and you cannot make a Doctors appointment because the operators are too lazy to take your call. I also did not get a reminder text to my phone for an appointment made over 3 months ago. Needless to say I missed that appointment. So I rescheduled the appointment but decided to cancel it. Upon the day of the appointment they called and said I missed it so the call to cancel was just a waste of time. I called the administration office to complain and then I called and left a message to Pisa. Since I have become a senior citizen I have had to tolerate a lot of disrespect, especially from the medical profession. I am not letting this disrespect from CH&W go. I'm going to spread the word on how bad this office is.
