      I purchased a new 2021 Massimo MSU ***** Dominator from a dealership at an out the door cost of around $17,000. It has been a very reliable fun machine for me and my family. It has never been off road or trailed, never driven in the winter and always garaged. We only use it on gravel and paved roads as the county we live in allows us to drive on all non- highway roads as long as we carry full coverage insurance and have, turn signals, brake lights, headlights, seatbelts etc. The problem I have is that it is basically worthless now as a trade-in. ODES and Massimo were feuding when they produced this year's model. So, I began to wonder immediately what I had gotten myself into. The title was listed as tractor and I had to get that changed, and the owner's manual that came with it was listed as an ODES MSU Dominator. If I need parts, I have to have the dealership where I purchased it get the parts from **** instead of Massimo. And this machine is not listed on any used trade-in value books like ***** Blue book etc., so nobody wants to take it in in trade. I'm basically stuck with it and worried sick that it's going to wear out or break down and since I'm retired and on a modest budget, I will not be able to afford another one until I pay this one completely off. So absolutely NO!! I would never recommend anyone to purchase a Massimo SXS. I wouldn't want anyone else to end up in in my really bad situation.

      These people have the WORST customer service in the industry. I place an order 3 weeks ago, after a week it still said order pending fulfillment when i tried to track it. It took me a half dozen calls and 4 emails to get someone to respond who told me that it was being shipped that day. That was two weeks ago and 1) it hasn't arrived 2) in fact, still says pending fulfillment.

      Heartbroken. Bought my MGC-etrike from them a little over a year ago but batteries are totally shot so I ordered more. Received batteries but a wiring issue poresented itself so we ordered more batteries and a new charger, but three of the 4 were DOA and would not hold a charge so I ordered more. Massimo sent the wrong batteries this time and now won't answer any of my emails, calls, or voicemails. The sealed lead acid batteries cannot be found anywhere else, and must be shipped ground because they are hazmat, so it took weeks to get them each time. I've taken the batteries to several battery shops and scooter repair and sales and none say they have ever seen them before or can get them anywhere except Alibaba. Going to have to junk the whole scooter and switch to a golf cart simply because batteries are virtually nonexistent.

      Worst held up machine- china maded says it all!This mini jeep is really a cool machine for kids but it will not hold up under normal wear- screws fall out, back seat is made of cardboard and breaks into, back wheel rack will not stay locked in place.

      I bought an electric bike through them through *************** not honoring anything either but Ive contacted Massimo its been over a month since I ordered the bike I finally got the bike it said four days shipping on the 14th day it showed up and then parts are missing so I wanted to parts and of course its important part like the piece that holds the front tire on I contacted them multiple times they said they sent it out I contact her on a Thursday I contact them again shes like oh we sent it out Monday this is going on day number 11 or 12 that I have not received the bolt and I do

      I bought a mgc e trike 3 ******* 24 may drove it to my mail box now it won't start bought it on Amazon cant get through there phone system send many emails no response my head lite & tail lights & dash lite was on & dash screen no key in ignition IT WON'T START!! they over charged me $538.00 I did get the credit back there dodging all ************** I'm so ?? upset so I have Amazon working on this there bombarded with many complaints so they hide SHAME ON THEM!! ****************

      I bought a massimo Buck 400 UTV in 2020 not knowing they discontinued it that year. I have less than 1000 miles on it and need parts for the tierods. Massimo cannot help me. They told Bennche motors took over for them. I cannot find the parts on their website have asked them to call me 4 different times with no results no call backs. I did find tierod ends that said would fit massimo 400 ordered them and they were not the right size. I am really disgusted with both companies. I dont know what I will do in the future if I can't find parts in the future maybe I can sell it for junk. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER

      Beware of this company. They are horrible. I purchased a massimo golf cart less than a year the battery went out would not charge. I called the company several times no one every picked up. I sent several emails. How funny when I purchased the sales division responded to all the emails and always returned my call now when there is a problem no contact from the company. I spoke with ************************* and still have the recorded voicemail from him that the he set up a claim and located a dealership that could work on the issue. This was after 3 months of attempts. Of course once everything was fixed and completed a bill of $663 that should be paid as part of the warranty was denied stating it was outside of the warranty. The claim started in January with emails and calls and was fixed in march. I have received no communication from the company regarding the denial or any returns of emails. My owners manual states the warranty is for a year. If this information was provided to anyone upon purchasing I would not have bought it nor would anyone else. I called today and spoke to **** very rude he declined my claim I asked to speak to a manager of course the manager is in a meeting I told him I would hold. Asked him to provide a direct contact number for **** (manager) and he would not. Gave me a random email. I told him I would hold had already been on hold for an hour he said fine then hungup. After looking at all the issues with this company and there products the company does not have goodwill to handle the products that are being sold. I have kept all the information and phone calls that were recorded on my end. The company should uphold their warranties.

      Worse company ever. Very poor and rude customer service, if fact they even blocked my phone number while my T Boss was still being repaired.I rear shift differential locked up with only 52 miles on the unit causing me to have the side-by-side towed home and multiple parts replaced. My unit has been broke for two months and I still have not gotten it back from the repair shop because they refuse to cover all the cost they agree to.

      Purchased the mini tractor has less than two months of riding on it and it was falling apart, gears stopped shifting, leaking oil. I was told to take to a local shop to have it worked on in September, they still have it because Massimo has yet to get them the parts to fix it.Requests have been made by us and the repair shop for a while new unit with no help.
