              Items were purchased on 08/10/24 and I had an ALLERGIC REACTION to the products, when I we to their kiosk where the items were purchased to obtain a refund as I was not able to use their products. I asked to speak with the manager and was DENIED that option and the persons there kept trying to pursuade me to exchange it for a different product, I kept telling no that I need a refund as I am not able to use their products. I was told that due to their no refund policy that they would not refund. When I told them that on the website it indicates that I have 14 days to refund or exchange. I was told oh well by law we don't have to obide by that.

              If I could give zero stars, I would. Too bad I can’t! This company and their salespeople should be embarrassed of their awful “selling techniques” that actually feel more like the purpose is not to sell anything, but to invade your personal space and take advantage of how awkward they make you feel, so you end up buying their stuff. I was at the **** ***** **** in Nashville, TN, when one of the salesmen offered me a flyer and typically, to be kind, I take the flyers that people offer. He then proceeded to grab me by the arm and before I knew it, half of my face was covered in makeup. The products did not look bad on my face, but he started to put several of these products in a bag, saying that some of these were “for free”. He never mentioned the price until I asked, and the prices were outrageous, for makeup that seemed to be from the 80s… I would rather buy makeup at Target and I bet it would look the same for 1/8 of the price. Luckily, I kept insisting that I was not interested in purchasing anything and eventually he let me go, but I have already read several reviews of people that have ended up falling for this scam just to get rid of them. Do NOT get close to them!

We are doing our best to make sure they are representing Bella terra at the best way they can so thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
