Worst working relations and treatment of employees. Environment was toxic from the beginning until end. This company doesn't value or respect their employees. Managers would come and go, lasting less than a month at a time. Vivaldi have horrible insurance benefits. No 401K. No phone allowance. Early on I found that the employees there as a whole have little or no respect with much distaste for this employer. Instead of getting rewarded after a year, you only got higher targets to meet with lies. When incentives are given, they are instantly changed to screw you out of commission. When I left, I had been there the longest. (Almost 2 years). I was accused of being gaslit by Anjali, the owner. Yes.They play their employees against one another. Unfortunately, the gaslighters are still there. Angela A., the new Human Resources Director only contributed to the chaos.Comments made was that she passive aggressive and not qualified for the position. (by a human resource employee there. As She allows the gaslighting, causing further confusion and added negativity. Make no mistake, she is not there to help or make things better as a whole. Quite the contrary. Angela A. can't be trusted no matter how much she tries to convince you otherwise. I was the top producer when I was fired for my conduct. For Calling out Anjali’s lies and wrongful treatment of their employees including me. I was encouraged to do so. They say it was because I came in late, when in fact I worked more after and before hours totaling more than the other sales reps, Operations, Angela, (Human Resources director) Anjali (the owner,) and I can prove it. They rejected my unemployment. I was told by operations that they rejected Everyone’s unemployment benefits who had come and gone. I have been working 50 years and have great reviews from my former employers. I have certainly paid my share to be able to receive unemployment benefits. I have filed a claim against them with the US National Labor Board.
