              WM service started 8/23. I had many missed pickups 1x 3 in row. Called CSR many times finally got in straight unless had a substitute driver. Driver slammed can down so hard in front of us one day wheels feel off. Several months later was push can and wheels fell off again making me flip over can and receive 5 lacerations, and bruises. Emailed corporate. Then ******** called. It took 4 times of trying to contact him b4 he responded. He was looking into it. Garbage spread across yard, ditch, across road almost every pick up. Mailbox damaged, fecal matter dropped multiple times, once with a hypodermic needle in it at end of driveway next to my damaged mailbox. Fredricks going to take care of it. Then no communication. I finally called him 3 times and got a response. He is looking into it again. Agreed my mailbox should be fixed/replaced. The wood and mailbox both damaged. I paid over $400 for someone to install in that spring. ******** does nothing. Next week after talking to him my cans were picked up. Called again texted. Still no response. He knows I could do civil claim for medical but I didn’t want to be that person. But here we are.

              We are customers in Lebanon Tennessee we put our trash out last Thursday it was not picked up and still hasn’t been picked up we are trying to get Credit back but the two times we’ve called they were really rude to us and basically made us out to be liars. Other neighbors had to call to get theirs picked up on Wednesday.
