I had contacted Mr Franklin from the ***** ***** about getting some Gutters around my house. He came and while walking around my house he pointed out things that needed to be fix. When we were sitting and going over th contract,I asked if he took credit card.He told me he had taken what he needsoff of his phone but will see it could be put back on.When he contacted me again to say it was too expensive to have it put back on,I told him I couldn't pay for what all we had agreed on,so I told what I wanted done and what I wanted taken off, He asked to put pay half down and he would be out the next Monday to start. I wrote him a check for 707.00. On Monday I didnt hear from him and on Tuesday I called him and he says he was so sick he had to go to the Dr,He caaalled me later called me later and says he couldn,t come until he was better.Thee next Monday we had the storm and the rest of the week hee had to cut a tree that had fallen in his yard.2 weeks later He can and took the gutters off of one side of my house and let the trash on my patio. The contrct says to replace rotten wood. When I called to asked was going to finssssh the job Hwe says no, he is going by the contract,I asked was he returing my money He says No. He wanted to do what I had cut out of the contract Velma
