I am disappointed in the service I received from the company. When I moved into the property it was clear they had not done a walk through or fixed any of the issues we had noted during inspection or cleaned out since the last tenant. There were items in the cabinets and balcony, broken light fixtures, etc. In addition, they gave me the wrong mail key and it took them over a week and multiple follow-ups to confirm which mailbox was ours, which caused me undue stress as I started a new job and needed my work computer and documents delivered. Past move in, they take over a week to respond to any calls or emails, and ignored my emails or calls when I asked if they would fix any of the issues we noted in our initial inspection report (broken fixtures). The last straw is when my AC went out Friday night while I was asleep. I woke up to my home being 85+ degrees. I tested the AC and it would switch on but would not supply cool air. I left a maintenance request that afternoon after testing it again. On Sunday I received a text asking the last time I replaced the filter, which I had done the the week prior since we receive a new filter every month. They responded and said they would have someone come take a look. I then receive a call Monday morning again asking the last time I had changed the filter and if I had checked the lines were frozen. I admitted I had not and if that was an issue I could fix. They said yes I would just have to leave it off in which I told them the AC had been off since Saturday in which they seemed very surprised by this and told me NOW they were going to schedule someone to come look at it. It seems like there is a lack of communication within the firm, as I should not have to answer multiple times that I have already addressed the most common issues and proved I had before I can have a comfortable home again. I would not lease at any property they manage as I have only seen unprofessionalism and lack of communication since leasing with them.
