The Morgan Group and the Eclipse Apartment on 1725 Crescent Plaza Dr. Houston TX 77077.Has really let me down with their bad business skills. The Morgan is not doing a good job of managing the Eclipse Apartment. I invoiced the both of them and they have not paid my locator fee that I earned months ago. I also emailed and reset past due notices to them. The Morgan Group has not responded back yet! The Eclipse Apartment has responded back only one time. The property manager Ms.Courtney said that my check would be mailed to me by 11/8/2023 that was a lie. Today is 11/25/2023 and I still don't have my check. The Morgan Group and Eclipse Apartment are making billions on world wide records, but they can't pay me my $1150.00 that they owe me. It should never take a big time company to pay a offsite vendor a small $1150.00 fee that's been past due for over 3 months. I hope other real estate companies and apartment locators do their research on these companies before they send any of their clients to them. They should be ashame of a bad review like this over a $1150.00 fee and they are still making billions. I think it's a game to hold on to their funds as long as they can! It's not right and can't be trusted at this time by me. I have been in business for 30 years and I don't have time to keep begging for my check that I earned many months ago. I rate these companies a negative zero by my rating system.
